Terms

Terms & Conditions

These rules cover the Cyberprints desk. They were last updated on 10 October 2026. A question about them goes to [email protected].

Who the desk is for

Cyberprints is software for the shop that already prints. The owner installs it on the PC that prints today. A walk-in customer does not install an app and does not open an account. They scan the card, send the file from the phone browser, and pay.

The page price is yours

You set what a page costs. Cash stays at the counter. Online payment is meant for a Razorpay or Cashfree account in the shop’s name. Cyberprints does not take a percentage of the print.

The software fee

The prices on the pricing page are the software fee only: a free 24-hour demo, then monthly, quarterly, or yearly. They are not the customer’s page charge. A paid plan starts when the shop is registered and the fee is paid. The demo ends after 24 hours.

The file

A file is kept only long enough to print. After the job, or if the job is cancelled, it is removed from the shop PC and from our storage. It is not a backup. A reprint means the customer sends it again.

Fair use

Do not use the desk to print material you have no right to print, or to interfere with another shop’s queue. We can pause a shop that misuses the desk, after we write to the mobile or email on the account.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top of this page changes with them. Keeping the desk installed after that date means the shop accepts the updated terms.
