Do I need a card for the demo?
No. The demo is free for 24 hours on your own printer. After that, pick a paid plan to keep going.
Does Cyberprints take a share of my print money?
No. You pay only the software plan. Cash stays at the counter, and online payments go straight to the Razorpay or Cashfree account you connect.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Choose a different plan for your next renewal. Write to the desk and it is changed. The time you already paid for stays paid.
What happens when my plan ends?
Your dashboard shows the date your plan ends. Renew before then to keep the counter running. Your shop, settings and counter card stay as they are.
Is there a limit on pages or jobs?
No. Every plan has unlimited jobs. Print as much as your counter handles.
Can I earn from referring other shops?
Yes. Once you are on a paid plan, share your link from Refer & earn. When the shop you invited buys any plan, ₹100 is added to your balance.
