When you book a demo, start a trial, or write to us, we ask for a name, a shop name, a mobile number, and a city. We use those to reply and to open the desk. We do not sell that list.
On this website, a form is checked in the browser. It is not sent to a server until a live desk is connected. The success note on the form says so.
The customer does not make an account. The file exists so it can be printed. After the job, or if the job is cancelled, it is removed from the shop PC and from our storage. It is not kept for a later reprint.
Cash stays at the counter. An online page payment is meant for the shop’s own Razorpay or Cashfree account. Cyberprints does not take a cut of that payment and does not store the customer’s card number.
To ask what we hold about your shop, or to ask us to delete a demo note, email [email protected] from the address or with the mobile number you used. We reply on working days, 10:00–19:00 IST.
